Ingredients:
- 1 cup of hoeny
- 1/2 cup of cider vinegar
- 2 apples cored, peeled, and thinly sliced

Method
- Heat honey and cider vinegar in a deep sausepan until simmering
- carefully drop apples in batches into the simmering mixture
- skim out with slotted spoon when translucent (about 2 minutes)
Can be Enjoyed both hot or cold: whichever you like!
